First Day with Subway Finland
I was so excited to get started with my new Subway Finland Sandwich. The first day I went, I got a sandwich, chips and a drink. The sandwich tasted just like it used to but I felt better after eating it because it had more vegetables in it. It’s good to know that Subway cares about making healthy food too! After a week of eating at Subway and following the diet, I lost 8 pounds! I feel great and can’t wait for my next weigh-in at my doctor’s office.
How do I feel after the first day?
I ate a lot of vegetables and protein for dinner, which was surprisingly filling. The first day was not as bad as I thought it would be. I felt pretty energized and did not feel hungry throughout the day like I usually do. It’s only been one day, so we’ll see how this goes!

In January of 2016, I decided to make a change in my life. I had been overweight all my life and was sick of feeling bad about myself.
