Quick Guide for Wood Debarker Machine

To help you make the best decision about your grinder, we’ve created this quick guide to the grinder. It briefly describes five types of decolorizers, their advantages and disadvantages.Roller cutters are an old technique developed for processing large quantities of lumber. It is a group system, which means that the operators insert several logs into the peeling machine and remove them at once.

The roller tread removal device consists of a large, rotating cylinder (roller), the inner surface of which is equipped with discs (“rifter”, “stand” or “lifter”). As the drum rotates, the splitter picks up the logs and makes them trip one after the other. When the bark comes out the windows, it escapes from the wood debarker machine through the cracks in the drum.

Cylinder markers are not mechanical cleaners, which means that the machine itself does not clean the record. Friction occurs when logs stick together during the separation process. Cracks can sometimes remove part of the skin, but they are not intended for cutting. Roll peeling can be wet or dry. The tanks of the latest models include a wet processing area where the bark, if frozen, is thawed until it falls off.

Roller peeling machines have largely been replaced by rotary cutting machines. Because cylinder debugging machines have many advantages over cylinders, we encourage manufacturers to consider these machines for bulk debugging.

Roller peelers are relatives of smaller roller peelers. Rotary steering wheels, developed in the late 1980s and early 1990s, remove tree stumps using friction and mechanical means. Like the Drum D-Sticker, it is a group system and can delete multiple tracks at once. Roller paint strippers look similar to roller paint strippers, but they work differently. Like roller shafts, they have a large tube through which the logs move. However, this tube is stationary.

These are just the side walls and the hood. (Small peelers may have an open surface.) There are a number of abrasive rollers inside the peeler. The scrapers act as small hammers that “push” the logs as they pass by pushing them up through the decoiler until they reach the top and find the pile of logs inside the housing again. As this happens, all the sticks roll against each other. The scrapers also cut the surface of the log to peel off the bark.

Like the cylinder marker, the record can be saved in the body removal machine by closing the gate on the outlet side of the machine. If the cylindrical decoiler has a floor, the bark of the spring passes through the cracks. If the dandruff remover has an open design, the skin will flow between the scrapers, which are designed to act as sieves.
