Secondly, managers now have easier access to the critical data they need to make personnel-related decisions. Managers can see an employee’s salary details, career history, and other data they need all in one place. Oracle Cloud HCM also helps the company adapt more easily to changing business practices and regulations. Because Oracle HCM is cloud-based, TATA Realty can instantly take advantage of the latest product capabilities and features, including quarterly updates to the application.

Oracle HCM’s interface has improved the employee experience, especially since the company previously used multiple products instead of a centralized system.
