Idris Elba

Known for his fierceness, Knuckles is an inspiration for Elba, who’s a big fan of video games in general.
Idris Elba has previously starred in “Sonic the Hedgehog” and “The Suicide Squad.” He is set to star in Netflix’s “The Harder They Fall” in November. The actor has also recently wrapped filming for “Three Thousand Years of Longing” (George Miller, Universal). The upcoming sequel to the critically acclaimed “Sonic the Hedgehog” is scheduled to open in theaters on April 8, 2022.
Colleen O’Shaughnessey
Colleen O’Shaughnesse – formerly known as Jazz Fenton in Danny Phantom and The Wasp – has been voicing Miles “Tails” Prower in the “Sonic” video game series for over eight years. She started her role as Tails in 2014’s “Sonic Boom.” Since then, she has been the voice of the iconic Sega character in seven “Sonic” games. Her return to the role has been welcomed by Sonic fans.
Colleen O’Shaughnesse’s role in Sonic 2 is a long-term commitment, and will undoubtedly be a recurring part in the franchise for many years to come. While she may not have the lead role in the film, she’ll definitely be around for future sequels. The film’s storyline sets up a sequel with a live-action series that will focus on Knuckles and Tails.
While O’Shaughnessey’s previous work includes Naruto and Digimon, this performance is more grounded. The voice acting team behind Sonic 2 is led by Jeff Fowler, who directs the movie. The team of actors is guided through each scene by Fowler.

Knuckles brings a lot of lore into the game. He also brings Master Emerald, which can cause total destruction if it falls into the wrong hands. This war is a defining moment in the history of the Sonic series, as Knuckles’ family and tribe were decimated. In fact, the final battle in Sonic 2 shows Knuckles as a child. His parents had forbidden him from joining the battle because he was still too young.
Despite his bad attitude, Knuckles isn’t a bad guy. His flawed ancestors left him with a mission of honor and duty. Like his predecessors, Knuckles is a lovable and funny character. But he also takes things seriously.
