Many of my clients, both French and American, wonder how I can write in both languages on multiple blogs, Facebook , LinkedIn and other websites every day. It must seem like I spend all day managing my social media every day because I hear some clients say to me, ” Baba , I’m not like you, I don’t have time, hours every day .” to spend with social media ! ”

In reality I don’t spend hours a day, it just seems like it because I have a system. In fact, I only spend 15 minutes a day including both languages. Then it only takes me a few hours a month to write articles for each blog. As a sole proprietor, it’s very important to be present and make people feel like you see them everywhere. How to create a system to use social media effectively without wasting time?

Use the 80/20 rules, inform 80% of the time and promote a product or service 20% of the time. Use quotes, retweet other people’s valuable information, post resources, spread the word about your events or teleclasses every time you add a new post to your blog. Show people how you can help them solve their problems.

  1. Combine networking and social media – When you meet people at an event, connect with them on social media the next day. Invite them to join you on Facebook , LinkedIn and Twitter for regular communication. Even if you don’t see each other for a while, you’ll still get updates on each other ‘s deals . Also, invite them to sign up for your newsletter. Always make sure to drag your social media contacts to your own list. You never know what will happen to your account or page. For example, if your Facebook account is deleted or suspended for any reason, you can still communicate with your own list.

If you have the opportunity to set up a live meeting with someone you’ve met on social media, don’t hesitate. I mainly work on my various businesses through the internet and social media, but there’s always that extra something when I can meet people face to face, it brings a little extra to the relationship.
