How To Quickly Change Your View In Outlook

When you’re looking at an Outlook email, it can be helpful to change your view to something more straightforward, such as reading emails in chronological order or by contact. If you don’t know how to do this, don’t worry! It’s super easy, and this short article will show you how to quickly change your view in Outlook.

Open Outlook

1. Start by opening Outlook. You can do this by clicking the Start button, then typing Outlook into the search bar.

2. Once Outlook is open, take a look at the top of the window. You should see a series of tabs labeled Mail, Calendar, People, etc.

3. Click on the tab that corresponds to the view you want to change.

On the left, Click on Files

Outlook email view changed can be done a few different ways. The default view is the Focused Inbox, which separates your most important emails from the rest. However, you can easily switch to a different view by clicking on the Files tab on the left side of the screen. From there, you can choose between the Focused Inbox, Other, or All views.

Click on Options

When you’re using Outlook, there are a few different ways to change your view. The first way is to click on the Options button at the top of the screen. This will bring up a menu where you can select from a variety of different views. You can also use the keyboard shortcuts to switch between these views without having to go through this process. Just hold down Ctrl and press 1 for Reading Pane View, 2 for Split Screen View, 3 for Side-by-Side View, 4 for Wide Column View or 5 for Tiled View.

Select your folder view settings

In Outlook, you can choose between several different views for your email folders. To change your view, click the View tab on the ribbon and then select the Change View button. From there, you can choose from a list of preset views or customize your own view. To customize your view, click the Customize Current View option and then make changes to the way your emails are displayed. You can also save your customizations as a new view that you can access later.

Look at each tab and make sure that all of them are set right.

To change your view in Outlook, go to the View tab and select the Change View drop-down menu. From there, you can choose from a variety of different views, including Compact, Single, and Preview. You can also click the Customize Current View option to further customize your view. To return to the default view, simply click the Reset Current View option.
