Joy is one of the critical elements in every human beings’ life. As the famous movie dialogue goes, the three most essential factors in the life of a human being are entertainment, entertainment, and entertainment only. Entertainment includes music, dance, movies, series, podcasts, etc.

Apple is one of the multinational companies famous for the unique products that it has introduced. One such fantastic app was iTunes. iTunes is a media player, radio broadcaster, media library, etc. It was developed by Apple company. Steve Jobs announced it on January 9, 2001. iTunes launched its music store in 2003. The music store sold one million songs in its first week. iTunes has ever since been the heart of Apple.

iTunes was first called SoundJam MP, released by Casady & Greene in 1998. It was renamed later when Apple purchased it in 2000. For Windows, it was introduced in 2003. And On April 26, 2018, iTunes was released on Microsoft Store for Windows 10, mainly to permit installation on Windows 10 devices configured to only permit installation of software from Microsoft Store.

iTunes features a music library. Every track has attributes, called metadata, that can be edited by the user, including changing the artist’s name, album, and genre, year of release, artwork, among other additional settings. People have widely used iTunes for the special features or specifications, such as iTunes visualizer and the mentioned in the above context. iTunes is also a central money-making platform for people in the entertainment field.

To add pieces to the iPod, iTunes comes into the picture. With the help of it, we can add our favorite songs to the iPod. Five Features About iTunes That I found Out

  1. To Adjust The EQ

You can use Apple Music to change the sound of music on iPhone with EQ settings, volume limit options, and Soundcheck. This feature can be a jackpot for the people who love listening to the music at the volume, effects that they like. Especially the Music lovers would love this feature.

  1. Parental Lock

In the current world scenario, children are being introduced to electronic gadgets; while the parents are away, they try to use mobile phones or any electronic devices, and they unknowingly view the contents, which shouldn’t be watched or heard by them. So, not all the songs and videos apply to all age groups. Hence, iTunes has got the feature of the parental tab, which disables podcasts, radio, the store, and shared libraries and restricts content from the iTunes Store. Making it easy for the parents to protect their kids from explicit content. And this is also referred to as a magical weapon of every parent these days.

  1. Video TabThese days

Importing our favorite movies or series has become common. Still, it sometimes is that when we need the complete details of the particular video, we are unable to fetch it. Hence this feature is termed as one of the unique features of iTunes. When any tv episodes or series are imported from any other source rather than iTunes, the video may lack the required information. Here, the video tab comes into the picture by giving the exact knowledge of the content.

  1. Crossfade Songs

Every person using iTunes is a music editor now! There are times when we want to become an editor by taking a small part of one song, mixing it with the other, and making new audio. This feature fades out each song’s ending and disappears at the beginning of the next track.

  1. Advanced Tab

People with the OCD of keeping their things or belonging organized would love this feature. This feature allows us to tell iTunes the location of the media files and how to manage it. People who love to stay organized would love this feature.
