Noise in the ricoma CHT2 series can be caused by improper or inadequate lubrication. Keeping your machine running smoothly and quickly requires proper lubrication, which can also help prevent noise and other issues.

If your embroidery machine is making noise, checking the lubrication to make sure it is sufficient and applied correctly should be one of your first steps for Embroidery digitizing service.

Alternately, you can test the noise by running your machine for a few hours after lubricating it. If you continue to experience noise issues, please get in touch with your technician.

2. How can the Ricoma CHT2 Series be maintained?

In order to ensure that your machine runs efficiently and quickly, regular maintenance is essential. An important part of this maintenance procedure is oiling the machine at the start of each day and every four hours when it is used continuously.

3. How can the Velcro Bar be adjusted?

The Velcro bar on your machine can be easily adjusted. To change the Velcro bar, please do the following:

1. On the left and right sides of the machine’s head, loosen the two screws.

2. Move the machine to needle number one and make sure the hook behind the Velcro bar is in the middle of the bar to center the Velcro.

3. To ensure that the Velcro bar is properly aligned on both sides of the machine, repeat the procedure on needle number fifteen.

4. How can the Ricoma CHT2 Series’ timing be improved?

Exact timing is crucial because it ensures that your machine embroidery’s needle speed and other moving parts are in sync, allowing your embroidery project to run smoothly.

Your machine may experience issues such as skipped stitches and inconsistent stitch designs when the timing is off, which may result in damage to your entire embroidery designs.

To adjust the timing on your machine, follow these steps:

1. To remove the side cover, loosen the four Philips screws on each side of the arm. Then, unscrew the two flat screws on top of the needle plate to remove the plate. Remove the second bobbin case. Move your main axis shaft with an Allen key after removing the needle plate. Using an Allen key, turn the body to the left to 201 degrees counterclockwise.

Try turning the wheel completely once more if the needle still does not descend.

3. Now we can verify whether the timing is correct.

If you verify that your timings are correct, you do not need to make the adjustment. Rotary hook timing is very early. Rotary hook timing is very late. So Rotary hook timing is just right.

4. On the right side of the rotary hook, you will need to loosen the first flat-head screw in order to adjust it.

5. Until the second flat-head screw appears, rotate the main axis wheel and loosen it. Then, unless the final flat screw appears, rotate the main axis once more and loosen the remaining three screws.

6. The lower shaft must now be moving independently of the rotary hook.

7. Bring the needle down to the appropriate timing degree, 201, by rotating the main axis.

8. Place the tip of the hook in line with the needle’s scarf so that it hides behind it.

9. Hold the rotary hook steady and tighten the set screw on the right side, leaving a gap of at least 0.1 to 0.3 millimeters between the hook and the needle’s scarf.

10. Turn the main axis around and tighten the remaining two flat-head screws you loosened earlier.

11. Screw the needle plate back into place after installing the side cover.

12. Test your machine at last!

5. How Can The Cap Driver Be Reduced?

To lower the cap driver, perform the following actions:

1. Place the four screws inside the driver and loosen them.

2. Make sure the drive doesn’t hit or grind the sewing arm as you lower it.
